In the event of the return of any damaged, washed or worn goods, we reserve the right to reduce the amount returned by an adequate discount to cover the loss of value on resale.
When returning the goods, you can choose the method of payment of your money, but if the order was paid for by credit card, the money will be returned to this credit card.
How to proceed in case of a complaint:
Make claims within the warranty period. When returning the goods, proceed according to the description given in the article WARRANTY AND EXCHANGE OF GOODS on templestore.cz.
THE COMPLAINED GOODS MUST BE CLEAN, OTHERWISE IT WILL BE RETURNED !!!
